Senior .NET Engineer – TDD & Agentic AI Workflows

About the role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join a well‑established UK insurance broker as the second senior hire. You will lead test‑driven development practices and design an agentic AI workflow that turns clear requirements and tests into trustworthy pull‑requests.

Key responsibilities

• Champion TDD and unit‑testing best practices across the engineering team.
• Design and implement an agentic AI workflow, integrating AI‑driven code review into CI/CD and GitHub.
• Analyse existing codebases, identify risks and propose improvements.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Deploy and maintain services on AWS with a focus on scalability, security and reliability.
• Write clean, well‑tested, well‑documented .NET code and support production monitoring and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Senior‑level .NET professional comfortable with hands‑on development.
• Proven experience driving engineering culture and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team in the UK and India.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting (office and occasional remote).
