Senior Operator / Production Supervisor – Days

About the role

Join a fast‑growing modern manufacturing site in Petersfield as a Senior Operator / Production Supervisor on a day shift. You will lead a team on‑site, ensuring smooth production flow while driving quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and guide the team to meet production and quality targets.
• Coach staff, support training and manage return‑to‑work conversations.
• Analyse OEE data and apply structured problem‑solving to improve performance.
• Champion Lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality documentation and implement corrective actions.
• Support wider projects and provide line assistance when required.

Required profile

• Experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role within manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to coach, remain calm under pressure and drive team success.
• Willingness to work a fixed day shift (Monday‑Friday, 7am‑3pm).
