Senior Operator / Production Supervisor – Late Shift

About the role

Join a globally recognised manufacturing site in Petersfield as a Senior Operator / Production Supervisor on the late shift. You will lead a team on the shop floor, ensuring production targets, quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily production plans, KPIs and quality standards.
• Coach, support and develop operators, including skill‑building and return‑to‑work assistance.
• Use OEE data and structured problem‑solving to improve output and reduce downtime.
• Champion Lean, 5S and waste‑reduction initiatives across the area.
• Maintain rigorous quality compliance, documentation and corrective actions.
• Support wider business projects and assist with production tasks when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or supervising production teams.
• Background in manufacturing or production environments.
• Previous roles such as Team Leader, Line Leader or Cell Leader.
• Passion for coaching people and delivering results on the shop floor.
