Senior Paraplanner – Financial Planning

About the role

Eden Rose, an established financial planning firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to support a team of 3‑4 advisers in Croydon. You will work on complex client cases, delivering high‑quality research, analysis and reports while helping to grow the firm’s in‑house paraplanning capability.

Key responsibilities

• Support 3‑4 Financial Advisers with complex financial planning cases.
• Conduct detailed technical research and analysis across investments, pensions, savings and taxation.
• Prepare suitability reports and client recommendations.
• Undertake cash‑flow modelling and financial planning analysis.
• Liaise with advisers, providers and administrators as required.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, compliant and client‑focused.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s internal paraplanning expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ paraplanning experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, savings and taxation.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality suitability reports.
• Professional, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (IO) – essential.
• Dynamic Planner – highly desirable.
• PlannerPal – highly desirable.
