Senior Pension De‑Risking Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join a global financial services organisation’s Data & De‑Risking Solutions division. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality pension data, calculations and risk‑mitigation projects for trustees, third parties and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple de‑risking projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Perform defined benefit pension calculations, data audits and risk analysis.
• Partner with Client Directors, act as key client contact and manage budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to peer‑review processes.
• Develop and maintain risk‑based project plans aligned with client expectations.
• Drive process improvements and share best practices across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Defined Benefit pension schemes, including manual calculations.
• Strong analytical mindset with an adaptable, innovative approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
