We are seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our East Lancashire office, serving high‑net‑worth individuals, families and business owners across the North West. The role offers genuine autonomy, hybrid working and the chance to contribute to a respected private client team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide estate planning and administration services, including drafting wills and advising on trusts.
• Deliver tax‑efficient strategies for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Lead succession planning for family‑owned businesses.
• Advise on complex estates and multi‑generational wealth planning.
• Manage a varied and high‑quality caseload while supporting the wider team.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of private client work.
• Commercial awareness and excellent client‑care skills.
• Confidence to manage a complex caseload independently.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues.
• STEP qualification desirable but not essential.
