About the role
North Six is a global production agency specialising in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle content. The company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Producer to join its London production team, reporting to the Head of Production. This senior, hands‑on role requires deep fluency in fashion and a proven track record delivering travel productions and campaign films for top‑tier brands.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of location and travel shoots, campaign films and branded content, from brief through to final delivery.
- Provide fashion‑focused guidance on creative and production decisions, ensuring standards of luxury content.
- Collaborate with PR and communications teams to align production planning with press and media requirements.
- Own senior client relationships, acting as primary contact and managing expectations and creative sign‑off.
- Build, manage and reconcile complex production budgets, including international travel costs.
- Develop detailed production schedules and shoot plans, monitoring all workstreams and flagging risks.
- Source, brief and book crew, directors, talent, locations and suppliers from an established global network.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with freelancers, suppliers and talent in line with commercial standards.
- Oversee on‑set logistics, health & safety compliance, visas and insurance for domestic and international shoots.
- Coordinate post‑production partners to deliver final assets on spec and on schedule.
- Mentor Producers and Junior Producers and support continuous improvement of production processes.
Required profile
- 8+ years’ experience as a Senior Producer or Producer within a production company, agency or in‑house studio, with a strong fashion, beauty or luxury portfolio.
- Demonstrated fluency in fashion language and visual standards.
- Extensive travel production experience, including international logistics, permits and crew management.
- Proven track record delivering campaign films, motion content and stills for luxury brands.
- Experience working closely with PR and communications teams to meet press and media requirements.
- Strong financial acumen with a history of managing large budgets and schedules.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management and senior stakeholder communication skills.
- Established network of crew, talent and suppliers across fashion and motion content, both domestic and international.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure, with a history of mentoring junior team members.
