Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape end‑to‑end experiences for new healthcare and financial‑services ventures within Foundry, Simplyhealth’s venture incubator. The role sits at the front end of innovation, moving quickly from early discovery to launch while learning fast and iterating on design concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design activities across discovery, validation and delivery phases for multiple venture projects.
• Produce low‑fidelity sketches, wireframes and prototypes to explore concepts rapidly.
• Develop high‑fidelity, build‑ready UI designs that meet regulatory, technical and commercial constraints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and researchers to ensure design decisions balance user needs and feasibility.
• Contribute to visual identity, UI quality and motion design as ventures evolve.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing digital products in complex, regulated domains such as healthcare or financial services.
• Hands‑on, self‑directed approach with the ability to work in small, cross‑functional squads.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and learning‑focused design cycles.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Product and interaction design expertise.
• Visual design and motion design capabilities.
• Ability to create both low‑fidelity explorations and polished, production‑ready assets.
