Senior Product Designer

About the role

Paddle is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design for the Core Experience team, which builds the foundational seller experiences such as sign‑up, onboarding, the design system, and overall Seller Experience. You will shape the connective tissue that makes Paddle feel like a single, coherent product while influencing integration and AI experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design of foundational seller experiences, from discovery and concepting through delivery and iteration.
• Create guidelines, principles, and reusable patterns to keep the platform experience consistent as Paddle scales.
• Contribute to integration and AI experiences, defining interaction patterns and assessing real user value.
• Lead design thinking for information architecture, interaction patterns, accessibility, and scalable component design.
• Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions, and ship high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI craft, end‑to‑end product design, and visual clarity in complex domains.
• Proven experience owning, building, and maintaining design systems, including documentation and governance.
• Curiosity about AI in design and ability to critically assess its value for users.
• Comfort working horizontally across many teams, aligning stakeholders and maintaining consistency.
• Self‑starter who can own work from discovery through delivery with minimal oversight.

Required skills

• Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Claude Code (or similar) for design tooling.
