Senior Product Designer – Virtual Clinics

About the role

Flo Health is building the next generation of digital health with an AI‑powered, privacy‑first Virtual Clinic that connects tracking, insights, consultations and follow‑ups. As a Senior/Staff Product Designer you will shape system‑level design solutions for this 0→1 initiative, ensuring the experience is accessible, inclusive and emotionally resonant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex design projects from concept to launch, creating scalable frameworks and systems.
• Translate ambiguous product and data challenges into clear, user‑centred experiences.
• Design end‑to‑end flows, features and experiments aligned with engagement and retention goals.
• Produce high‑fidelity prototypes and mock‑ups using Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and content designers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Mentor other designers, raise craft standards and share knowledge.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications.
• Portfolio showing systemic design, advanced interaction design, motion and micro‑interaction expertise with measurable impact.
• Experience creating scalable frameworks and contributing to design systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders.
• Commitment to accessibility, inclusion and ethical design practices.
