Senior Product Engineer – Revenue Engine

About the role

Conveo.ai is a YC‑backed AI‑first company building an automated revenue engine that helps brands like Unilever, Google and Canva understand customers through AI‑moderated interviews. As a Senior Product Engineer you will own features and entire products end‑to‑end, working directly with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve the biggest bottlenecks in Conveo’s revenue engine by collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• Design and implement data foundations that connect account data, conversations, product usage and commercial activity into a shared knowledge layer.
• Create the harness that powers AI agents, including tools, permissions, feedback loops, human oversight and failure recovery.
• Develop workflows that combine data, agents and business logic to discover prospects, generate personalized outreach and move deals forward.
• Build intuitive interfaces that let colleagues interact with the revenue engine via Slack, internal apps and AI agents.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, delivering end‑to‑end features.
• Strong full‑stack expertise across APIs, databases, background jobs, integrations and usable interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience building with large language models (LLMs) and AI coding tools.
• Clear communication in English and ability to work independently within a small team.
