Senior Product Manager - AI Learning (Lesson Insights)

About the role

Preply is building AI‑enhanced learning experiences at global scale. As the Senior Product Manager for Lesson Insights, you will shape the flagship AI feature that helps learners improve and strengthens the tutor‑learner relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Lesson Insights product end‑to‑end, defining strategy, roadmap and execution across web and mobile.
• Prioritise and present feedback that drives learner improvement, balancing model capabilities with user experience.
• Connect per‑lesson insights to long‑term progress, collaborating with the Progress squad.
• Design experiences for both learners and tutors to strengthen the marketplace relationship.
• Scale the feature to additional languages and increase learner reach.
• Analyse data on feedback usage, run experiments and iterate to improve engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience building consumer‑facing, mobile‑first products with habitual use.
• Hands‑on experience shipping GenAI/LLM or NLP‑based products at scale.
• Strong empathy for learners and tutors, translating insights into product decisions.
• Data‑driven mindset: independently run analyses and derive actionable insights.
• Solid background in A/B testing, experiment design and interpreting results.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leadership.
