Senior Product Manager – Digital Identity & Authentication

About the role

HSBC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and commercialisation of digital identity and authentication solutions for its Transaction Banking clients. You will shape the product roadmap, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver secure, seamless client journeys across corporate and institutional segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic product roadmap aligned with client needs, regulatory requirements and emerging technologies.
• Prioritise new product solutions and enhancements, monitor delivery progress and maintain stakeholder visibility.
• Collaborate with market management, technology, cyber security, fraud, risk and compliance teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Oversee product governance, performance reviews, financial metrics and risk mitigation.
• Drive commercialisation initiatives, partnering with frontline and business readiness teams to maximise uptake.
• Communicate product developments and align digital identity initiatives with the broader Client Connectivity strategy.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in digital identity, authentication and digital channels, preferably within corporate banking.
• Strong knowledge of authentication concepts and their regulatory application.
• Proven track record in product or channel management, delivering and commercialising digital capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complex risk, compliance and technology environments.
