Senior Product Manager (FS / Insurance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Insurance and Financial Services product team in East Grinstead. The role is hybrid, combining office collaboration with remote work, and focuses on steering the development and delivery of insurance and financial services products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small technical product team.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of product roadmaps for insurance and financial services.
• Monitor and support queries related to product processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external parties and key stakeholders.
• Ensure regular reporting, analysis and competitor insight.
• Guarantee product documentation and outcomes comply with FCA requirements.
• Draft and maintain policies and other product documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager within insurance or financial services.
• People‑management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
