Senior Product Manager (Growth)
Yonder · London
Job description
About the role
Yonder is building a financial membership that combines credit and debit, and this role owns the growth funnel: how people find Yonder, sign up and reach their first rewarding moment. It covers the UK and the markets opened next, from landing pages and sign-up through identity checks, the credit decision, plan choice, card activation and first purchase. The role reports to the VP Product and works with design, engineering, product managers and marketers.
Key responsibilities
- Own the funnel from first visit to the app, including landing pages, sign-up, identity checks, credit decision, plan choice, activation and first purchase
- Set targets for visitor-to-approved-member conversion, time from first visit to first transaction and share of new members active in the first 30 days, and report on them monthly
- Work with marketing on the homepage and landing pages, the offer and message shown to new visitors, and on attribution and server-side tracking
- Build tests yourself, including landing pages, UI design and analysis, and decide what is market-specific versus global
- Work with Risk on acceptance quality and fraud, and with Compliance and Legal on what the funnel can say and do
Required profile
- Has owned a consumer funnel and improved its numbers, able to explain the diagnosis, changes and results with data
- Talks regularly with members and near-misses, and runs experiments and analysis independently
- Has worked at the product-marketing seam and has launched or localised a product in a new market
- Can grow inside the guardrails of a regulated lender
- Bonus: fintech or regulated product experience, early-stage or fast-growing team experience, or founder background
Required skills
- Comfortable building tests in Webflow, designing UI in Figma and using tools such as Claude Code to ship changes
- Thinking in funnels, cohorts and segments
What we offer
- Salary of £90,000 - £112,000 depending on experience, plus options of £76,000 - £104,000
- Office-first, remote-friendly: London Shoreditch or Cardiff, at least 3 days a week
- 35 holidays, private healthcare, learning and training allowance, parental leave, team events and cycle-to-work scheme
