Systems Manager - NetSuite

About the role

Huel is looking for a Systems Manager with strong hands-on NetSuite expertise to maintain, improve and develop the systems that keep the business running. You will work across NetSuite and its key integrations, solve problems, deliver system improvements and support the implementation of new Celigo integrations as the business grows. The role sits in the IT & Systems team at the Global HQ and is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the wider Systems team to maintain, support and optimise NetSuite, troubleshoot issues promptly, manage configuration changes and keep the system reliable and well controlled.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn requirements into business solutions across NetSuite and Celigo, from small configuration changes to complex cross-functional projects.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality and reduce manual effort, using NetSuite capabilities alongside automation and AI.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and other departments to develop practical system solutions.
• Work closely with other Systems team members, share expertise, document solutions and build knowledge across NetSuite, Celigo and EDI operations.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on NetSuite experience in a business-critical environment, managing configuration, workflows and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of how NetSuite supports end-to-end supply chain and finance processes (purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, order management, fulfilment and core financial processes).
• Experience working with implementation partners, vendors or consultants to scope and deliver system projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, calm under pressure, proactive improvement mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
