Senior Product Manager - Insurance

About the role

As a Senior Insurance Product Manager at Davies in the Consulting and Technology division, you will be at the forefront of shaping our insurance product portfolio and driving its success across claims, underwriting, and policy lifecycle solutions, working directly with the Insurance Industry Lead and associated team. Reporting to the Director of Product and collaborating with the Product Management function, you will execute a comprehensive insurance product strategy that aligns with our consulting and technology objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with company vision.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritising features, enhancements and releases.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and differentiation points within the InsurTech landscape.
• Collaborate with development, design, marketing and commercial teams to deliver successful product outcomes.
• Manage product budget, track financial performance and meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead product launches, including go‑to‑market strategies, marketing collateral and customer training.

Required profile

• Deep insurance domain expertise covering claims, underwriting, delegated authority, policy administration and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager across the entire lifecycle, from ideation to go‑to‑market.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
