Senior Product Manager – Mapping Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Mapping Experience) to lead the Mapping Experience squad. The squad comprises a Product Lead, Tech Lead, Designers, Developers and Testers and follows Agile principles to deliver its roadmap. You will own the end‑to‑end user and developer experience for our map‑centric products.

Key responsibilities

• Align with the CPO and CTO on the high‑level roadmap and own planning and prioritisation for the squad.
• Translate client and internal feedback into user stories, mockups and detailed requirements.
• Collaborate closely with designers to iterate UX for complex map journeys.
• Support product‑marketing collateral such as guides, FAQs and videos.
• Act as the go‑to person for all Map Experience inquiries, both internal and external.
• Run monthly product demos with the Product Marketing Manager and conduct feedback sessions with customers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product design experience from start to finish, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record leading map, geospatial or location‑based products (e.g., wayfinding, navigation, spatial data visualisation).
• 4+ years of experience working directly with B2B clients.
• Passion for leading in a fast‑moving startup setting (startup experience a plus).
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to articulate product details clearly.
• Excellent eye for UX design and strong presentation/product‑marketing skills.
• Strategic marketing mindset to understand client needs and wants.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and travel to the Fulham office two days per week; must be UK‑based.
