Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Monzo is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing of its core banking, borrowing and wealth products. The role can be based in London or worked remotely from anywhere in the UK, and will sit within cross‑functional squads that include product managers, designers and user researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product marketing lifecycle for assigned products, from market research and positioning to launch and growth.
• Act as the voice of the UK, Ireland and Spain markets, translating customer insights into product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Integrated Marketing to define campaign and channel strategies and ensure consistent go‑to‑market execution.
• Partner with product, design and research teams to shape product features and propositions.
• Monitor product performance, analyse data and iterate on messaging to drive adoption.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product marketing, preferably within fintech or digital banking.
• Strong ability to synthesize market research and customer feedback into clear positioning and messaging.
• Track record of delivering successful product launches and growth initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional squads.
