Senior Production Manager – Luxury Experiential Events

About the role

The Senior Production Manager will work closely with creative and project teams from concept through to installation, delivering bespoke experiential events for leading luxury brands. This role sits at the heart of a hands‑on, creatively driven team, ensuring technical build considerations are embedded from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full production lifecycles for pop‑ups, installations and live events.
• Coordinate internal creative and technical teams to align on design and delivery.
• Oversee build projects with external suppliers and contractors.
• Identify and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Contribute to new business development and pitch preparation.
• Run multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Liaise with senior clients to capture project requirements and conduct site visits.
• Manage budgets ranging from £500k to over £1m.

Required profile

• Proven senior event production experience within luxury or high‑end brand environments.
• Confident client‑facing professional comfortable handling complex builds.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality experiential events on time and within budget.
