Senior Project Manager – Hotel, Office & Retail Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑end office, hotel and retail developments for a fast‑growing independent project consultancy in central London. You will work under the Director and alongside an experienced PM team, managing contracts ranging from £2 m to £80 m.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of private‑sector construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and risk registers in line with JCT contract requirements.
• Coordinate design, procurement and construction teams, ensuring compliance with CAT A specifications.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with investors, developers and consultants.
• Report progress to senior leadership and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience within a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record delivering private‑sector projects under JCT contracts.
• Experience on new‑build or CAT A projects in the hotel, office or retail sectors.
• Chartered status or progression towards MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
