Senior Project Manager – Hybrid – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a fast‑growing experiential agency on a hybrid basis in Leeds City Centre. You will work three days a week embedded within a global client’s in‑house team and two days with the agency, delivering internal events from concept to on‑site execution while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of internal events, from brief to on‑site rollout.
• Develop creative event concepts and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Source venues, negotiate with suppliers and manage all vendor relationships.
• Own project plans, budgets, timelines and logistics.
• Collaborate with agency colleagues to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain strong client communication, identify value‑adding opportunities and attend events to oversee delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Event or Project Manager within an agency environment.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and acting as an extension of their team.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed for event support.
