Senior Property Adjuster (Commercial Losses)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Property Adjuster to join our South East team. You will manage a demanding portfolio of commercial property loss claims, typically exceeding £100,000, across the South Coast from Worthing to Folkestone.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and settle high‑value commercial property loss claims, regularly above £100,000.
• Work directly with a range of traditional insurers and London Market/Lloyd’s clients.
• Collaborate with the Regional Major Loss Director to ensure accurate and timely claim handling.
• Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to industry standards and company policies.
• Provide high‑quality service that supports the company’s reputation for handling quality losses over £30,000.

Required profile

• Residence on the South East Coast to facilitate travel to claim sites.
• Proven experience handling commercial property losses above £100,000.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Preferred but not essential: professional qualifications such as CII or CILA.
