About the role
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large and growing web platform. This critical role introduces structure, consistency, and confidence into the release process.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement QA processes and standards, performing manual testing across multiple websites and applications.
- Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features, acting as the quality gate before production.
- Develop and begin implementing a test automation strategy, selecting tools and identifying automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices and mentor junior QA engineers as the team expands.
Required profile
- 5+ years of QA experience, primarily web‑focused.
- Strong background in manual testing and setting up QA processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
