Senior Qualitative Consultant (B2B)

About the role

A consultancy operating across innovation, insights and brand strategy, focused mainly on the tech and telecom sectors, is looking for a new Senior Consultant to drive the company forward. The role is based in the City of London, with three days in the office, and offers a salary of £60,000 to £80,000 plus a 20-30% bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple research workstreams, shaping methodology while managing scope, timelines, budgets and high-quality delivery.
• Lead qualitative fieldwork and analysis, conduct interviews, guide quantitative work and own recommendations and outputs.
• Shape the overall story, lead client sessions, develop colleagues, identify opportunities and contribute to follow-on proposals.

Required profile

• Five-plus years of strategy and insights experience, with substantial B2B and B2C experience in the technology sector.
• Experience leading workstreams, managing dependencies and shaping research methods.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess sampling, quality and analysis.
• Ability to distil complex evidence into commercial insights, influence senior clients, develop colleagues and build AI-enabled solutions.
