Email Marketing Account Manager

About the role

Huzzle connects B2B professionals with global companies offering full-time remote roles. This is a full-time, independent contractor position in the UK timezone, with the client being an established eCommerce email marketing agency that helps direct-to-consumer brands grow through email campaigns built on Klaviyo and Omnisend, mainly for Shopify and WooCommerce stores.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls, handle objections with data and identify gaps in the customer lifecycle
• Write clear, concise briefs for the design team and run quality checks on every email before it goes live
• Build, optimise and A/B test flows such as abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back
• Check Klaviyo and Omnisend dashboards daily and propose fixes when revenue drops
• Use Trello and Figma and follow internal SOPs to deliver on time with no missed deadlines

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple eCommerce client accounts (agency experience preferred)
• Ability to lead client strategy calls and drive decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organisation across several projects
• Analytical mindset and high ownership of client results

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting)
• Deep knowledge of email metrics: open rate, click-through rate, revenue per recipient, list health and deliverability
