About the role

Taktile is scaling fast in the AI‑native financial services space and needs a senior recruiter to own the candidate journey. You will be the face of Taktile for future team members, shaping how we attract and hire top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for GTM roles, from scoping with hiring managers to offer close.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑assisted tools, and creative outreach.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping job requirements and keeping searches on track.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Leverage data to track pipeline health, identify drop‑offs, and drive actionable hiring insights.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop talent strategies and meet headcount targets.
• Help refine assessment frameworks and improve structured interview practices.
• Support employer branding through events, content, and community presence.
• Work with People Ops to ensure smooth handoffs, onboarding, relocations, and visa support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on sourcing and talent acquisition experience, preferably in high‑growth startups.
• Deep experience hiring across GTM functions such as Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing.
• Proven partnership with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Active use of AI tools in the recruiting workflow.
• Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Google Suite.
• Ability to conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Experience managing both high‑volume hiring and niche searches.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data‑driven process improvement.
