Senior Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Talent Chief’s Life Sciences team in Camberley. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK, US and Europe, helping them secure top talent in life sciences and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Write and publish job adverts based on client briefs.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using advanced recruitment tools.
• Arrange interviews, provide feedback and manage the offer process.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships to maximise revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably 360 roles.
• Demonstrated track record of billings and business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication with problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent organisational skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to commute to Ferndown (or Camberley) area.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency with recruitment technology platforms.
