About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our thriving logistics desk in Birmingham. You will lead the division, build strong client relationships and deliver top logistics talent across the sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established logistics desk.
- Develop long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts.
- Source, interview and place high‑quality logistics talent.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Mentor and support junior consultants.
Required profile
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably within logistics, transport or warehousing.
- Strong billing history and commercial mindset.
- Excellent client development skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
- Passion for delivering results and building partnerships.
