Senior Recruitment Consultant – £40k‑£200k OTE, Legal Sector

About the role

We are expanding our Legal Revolution brand in Southend‑on‑Sea and need a senior recruiter to drive placements for US law firms. You will work from our office, handling a high volume of candidate and client leads while delivering a best‑in‑class recruitment service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage over 1,000 candidate leads per week and 20+ client leads weekly.
• Make hundreds of outbound calls daily, covering US business hours (10:00‑20:30 Mon‑Thu, reduced Friday).
• Follow our proven recruitment process to ensure consistent, high‑quality placements.
• Collaborate with a dedicated Business Development team and a 15‑person support crew.
• Maintain relationships with top global law firms and achieve monthly billing targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or sales‑focused consultant.
• Willingness to work long, US‑aligned hours and handle a high call volume.
• Strong discipline to follow established processes and meet performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
