Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

About the role

Monzo is looking for a curious, data‑focused Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join its regulatory reporting team in London. You will own the end‑to‑end process of preparing, analysing and submitting capital and liquidity regulatory reports while ensuring compliance with all relevant interpretations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and submit regulatory reporting requirements such as Capital and Liquidity reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory interpretations and guidelines.
• Assist the team in producing Monzo’s capital and liquidity regulatory disclosures, including Pillar 3.
• Execute and improve controls to guarantee timely, accurate and complete reporting.
• Perform data profiling, investigate data‑quality issues and maintain high data standards.
• Build dashboards using data‑visualisation tools to support sign‑off and provide insights.
• Partner with internal teams to inform business decisions and contribute to new product launches.
• Design and implement automation solutions to scale reporting processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of capital requirements, liquidity reports and regulatory frameworks.
• Passion for data with a sharp eye for detail.
• Knowledge of coding languages (SQL a plus) or willingness to learn.
• Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Desire to automate or enhance recurring processes using technology and collaborate with IT and regulatory change teams.
