Senior Residential Property Solicitor – Lead Department

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor with at least five years post‑qualification experience to lead and expand our Residential Property department. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a respected Legal 500 firm while delivering high‑quality conveyancing work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Residential Property practice, setting strategic direction.
• Build and nurture relationships with estate agents and local professional networks.
• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow the team and supervise junior solicitors as the department expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years PQE in Residential Property law.
• Proven leadership ability with a drive for business development.
• Experience supervising or managing other solicitors.
• Strong networking skills and a commercial mindset.
