Senior Residential Property Solicitor – Legal Director

About the role

This senior position offers the chance to join a UK Top 50 law firm as a Legal Director within its Residential Real Estate team. You will advise a diverse client base on high‑value residential property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, financing and complex conveyancing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on freehold and leasehold residential property matters.
• Manage a high‑quality caseload of complex, high‑value conveyancing transactions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with estate agents, property finders and other referrers.
• Support the strategic growth of the practice through business development activities.
• Lead, mentor and supervise junior lawyers, contributing to thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE specialising in residential property law.
• Proven experience handling complex, high‑value residential conveyancing matters.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of generating new business.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent client service orientation and financial management skills.
