Senior Sales Advisor – London White City (Part‑time, 20 hrs)

About the role

The Senior Sales Advisor at BOGGI Milano builds strong relationships with clients and translates the brand’s vision and commercial objectives into tangible results every day. This part‑time position in White City, London, requires a proactive, customer‑focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a high‑energy retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets defined by the Store Manager.
• Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting the team and contributing to a climate of mutual trust.
• Maintain a positive, balanced and constructive approach, even in high‑pressure situations.
• Welcome, engage and build relationships with clients, providing a consultative sales approach consistent with BOGGI Milano’s brand positioning.
• Analyse key KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve store performance.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through storytelling, product knowledge and tailored sales techniques.
• Manage time and daily priorities effectively.

Required profile

• At least three years of sales experience in the premium fashion or menswear sector.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
