Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

The Senior Sales Consultant will grow the property register by winning instructions and supporting the Branch Manager to maximise branch profit, delivering first‑class client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise business opportunities, advertise properties and arrange viewings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets and introduce new business through community networking.
• Act as the communication link between client and vendor, ensuring accurate information flow.
• Prepare accurate property details, manage data entry and support the sale process from viewing to close.
• Assist branch management with ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record.
• Experience in listing and/or valuation.
• Strong sales ability and high level of customer service.
• Positive telephone manner, negotiation skills and self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels and adapt to change.
