Senior Sales Executive – FMCG (No weekends, career progression)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a proven FMCG background to join a well‑established trading company in Glasgow. The role offers a Monday‑to‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm schedule with no weekend work, providing a healthy work‑life balance while delivering a clear path for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate product pricing with existing and prospective customers.
• Grow distribution of current product ranges across the market.
• Identify and secure new customer listings and expand into new product categories.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Spot new business opportunities to support market growth.

Required profile

• Senior Sales Executive or similar role experience within the FMCG sector.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Commutable to Glasgow.
