Senior Sales Executive – Publishing (Care Sector)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive to join a leading publisher in the care sector. The role will support the launch of a new product and work within a friendly, dynamic team based in Royston.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop client accounts, maintaining regular contact throughout the year.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
• Secure renewal business and generate new sales opportunities.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to meet targets.
• Achieve personal and product sales targets.
• Represent the business at client visits and industry events.
• Support sales campaign coordination and identify challenges and solutions.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an outbound telesales role.
• Confident communicator with strong closing ability.
• Proactive and able to work independently to identify opportunities.
• Strong account management capabilities.
• Good IT proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software.
