Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Property

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, in our Ealing office. You will drive new property listings, nurture client relationships and support the mortgage advisory team, all while delivering a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and secure new residential sales instructions and listings.
• Conduct client meetings, both face‑to‑face and over the phone, to understand their needs.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for in‑house Mortgage Advisors.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency roles such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator.
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic internet/email tools.
