Senior Scientist - Bioanalysis

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and analytically minded Senior Scientist to join an internationally renowned biopharmaceutical laboratory. You will lead the development, validation and troubleshooting of immunoassays that support pharmacokinetic, immunogenicity and biomarker studies for world‑leading organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate ligand‑binding assays (e.g., ELISA, MSD, Gyrolab) for PK, PD, ADA and biomarker projects.
• Act as the scientific point of contact for internal teams and external clients, ensuring high scientific and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot assay performance issues and implement robust solutions.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, GLP and GCP regulations throughout assay lifecycle.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (BSc/MSc) in Biology or a related discipline.
• Specialist knowledge and hands‑on experience with immunoassays.
• Proven expertise in method development, validation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of PK, PD, ADA and biomarker studies.
• Experience working under GMP/GLP/GCP frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
