Senior ServiceNow GRC Engineer (VP level)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead the design, implementation and support of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role sits within a global technology team and works closely with platform leadership and business stakeholders to deliver robust Integrated Risk Management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow GRC, IRM, BCM and TPRM modules.
• Design, develop and maintain complex ServiceNow workflows, automations and integrations.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage platform upgrades, enhancements and technical governance activities.
• Prioritise and estimate development requests, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Support testing, deployment and documentation of releases.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with offshore resources.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC and Integrated Risk Management.
• Proven ability to work in highly regulated environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills.
