Senior Solicitor – Residential Conveyancing (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive to lead our residential conveyancing practice. You will work within a supportive, hybrid environment, managing a diverse portfolio of property transactions from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle new‑build transactions, Help to Buy and shared‑ownership matters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and referrers throughout each transaction.
• Ensure accurate file management and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and support business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with a varied mix of residential property transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive, team‑focused attitude.
• Experience with lease extensions, deeds of variation, equity release or small development work is advantageous.
