Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager

About the role

We are a leading global events business seeking a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our fast‑growing sales team. You will sell bespoke sponsorship and exhibition packages to international clients and take full ownership of a flagship event attracting around 2,500 attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the events portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing and event operations to ensure seamless delivery of sponsor commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in event sponsorship or exhibition sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and relationship‑building abilities.
• Consultative sales approach and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
