Senior Staff Nurse – Theatre/ODP

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse – Theatre/ODP to join our Theatre Team at Woodthorpe Hospital, Nottingham. The role involves delivering high‑standard, efficient, and individualised patient care within a busy operating department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, individualised patient care as part of the Theatre Team.
• Adhere to Ramsay Health Care policies and procedures to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Advocate the Ramsay Way and the “People Caring for People” philosophy.

Required profile

• Registered with the NMC or HCPC.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Demonstrated customer service and computer skills.
• Capability to plan equipment and consumable requirements.
• ALS qualification (desirable).
• SFA qualification (desirable).
• Major orthopaedic scrub experience (desirable).
