Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

About the role
The Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) works 20 hours per week on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract at our Thanet store. You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find products, handling deliveries, and maintaining store standards.
Key responsibilities
- Open and close the store, assign daily tasks and provide short‑term supervisory cover.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders.
- Assist customers, ask the right questions and promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
- Stock shelves, maintain high store standards and ensure a safe working environment.
Required profile
- Friendly, reliable and flexible with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience as a keyholder or supervising team members.
- Ability to work early starts and late finishes (store open 7 am‑8 pm).
