Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) to work 16 hours per week at our Folkestone Park Farm store. You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find the right products while also handling deliveries, stock, and store upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks and provide short‑term supervisory cover.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare customer orders.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ask the right questions and promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.

Required profile

• Friendly, reliable and flexible with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience as a keyholder or supervising team members.
• Willingness to work early starts and late finishes as the store operates 7 am–8 pm.

Required skills

• Experience handling deliveries and stock.
• Ability to maintain high store standards and cleanliness.
