Senior Strategy & Operations Manager – Courier & Logistics

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to lead its Courier & Logistics function across multiple European markets. In this 10‑month fixed‑term role you will shape the performance and stability of the courier network beyond onboarding, ensuring strong engagement and a balanced supply to meet evolving demand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for courier lifecycle management, translating business goals into actionable workstreams.
• Monitor network dynamics, identify emerging risks or opportunities, and implement operational responses.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Operations teams to align initiatives and secure senior leadership buy‑in.
• Use data‑driven insights to prioritize initiatives and measure impact on network health.

• Proven people‑leadership experience managing high‑performing teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong strategic vision with ability to turn high‑level objectives into clear, executable plans.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional groups.
