About the role
Join the Prospero Group, a leading education recruitment agency, as a Senior Teaching Recruitment Consultant. You will build lasting relationships with schools and education professionals, driving repeat business and filling vacancies across supply and contract bases.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing schools.
- Visit schools to understand their staffing needs and promote Prospero’s services.
- Attract and source high-quality teachers and teaching assistants that match school requirements.
- Manage advertising campaigns on job boards, social media and the company website.
- Interview, assess and place candidates in supply and contract roles.
Required profile
- Proven track record in recruitment or sales.
- Experience with recruitment compliance processes.
- Understanding of the education recruitment sector (preferred).
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and resilience under pressure.
