Senior Technical Writer

About the role

Radiant is building AI‑native infrastructure and needs a Senior Technical Writer to own and improve the documentation experience across its platform. You will work closely with product, engineering, SRE, support and solutions teams to turn complex technical concepts into clear, accurate content for developers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve developer and product documentation, including guides, tutorials, API references, troubleshooting and operational content.
• Partner with product and engineering to embed documentation into the development and release process.
• Translate complex concepts in cloud, Kubernetes, containers, networking, storage, REST APIs, authentication, webhooks and SDKs into concise, accessible material.
• Create and maintain getting‑started guides, architecture explanations, best‑practice documents and self‑service content.
• Test documented workflows to ensure accuracy and usability, and improve navigation, discoverability and consistency.
• Collaborate with support and solutions teams to turn common customer issues into improved documentation.
• Establish documentation standards, templates, style guidelines and processes for engineering contributions.

Required profile

• Proven experience writing documentation for technical products, cloud platforms, developer tools, infrastructure or APIs.
• Strong technical fluency across Kubernetes, containers, networking, compute, storage, REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, SDKs, CLI tools, Git, CI/CD and observability.
• Comfortable reading code, API specs, configuration files and architecture diagrams.
• Experience with docs‑as‑code workflows using Markdown, Git and tools such as Docusaurus, MkDocs, GitBook or ReadMe.
• Excellent written communication, editing, information architecture and attention to detail.
