Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

Caribou is building a tax platform that makes international tax compliance accessible to every global business. We are looking for an experienced Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to shape our Transfer Pricing offering, work directly with customers and help automate the delivery of high‑quality tax documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to understand commercial objectives and design transfer pricing policies that satisfy local rules across all regions.
• Create intragroup agreements, instruct finance teams and review accounts to implement the policies.
• Explain transfer pricing concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, from founders to accountants.
• Provide forward‑looking advice on structuring businesses for tax, administrative and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external advisors such as bookkeepers, lawyers and other tax experts.
• Determine reporting obligations and prepare required documentation (local files, master files, etc.).

Required profile

• 7+ years of transfer pricing experience with a strong focus on policy design.
• Deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, theory, interpretation and practical application.
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience preparing journal entries and implementing policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to own multiple projects and work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Bonus: prior startup experience.
