Senior Treasury Systems & Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Systems & Operations Manager to act as the subject matter expert for our Treasury Management System (TMS) and to lead key technology initiatives. The role combines hands‑on treasury operations with system optimisation, automation and strategic transformation across a complex, international treasury function.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME for treasury systems, bank portals and integrated finance applications, providing escalation support and maintaining configurations.
• Lead all treasury‑related workstreams for a large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, managing integration, testing and production deployment.
• Drive automation, AI and process‑improvement projects to increase efficiency and system utilisation.
• Support audit activities, control enhancements and operational risk management.
• Deliver treasury technology and transformation initiatives, including new TMS integrations, API connectivity, payment solutions and cash‑management enhancements.
• Monitor regulatory changes such as SWIFT and ISO 20022 and recommend future enhancements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in treasury operations and treasury technology environments.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale system integration projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Treasury, Finance, Accounts Payable, Technology and banking partners.
